If on arrival, there is more damage than shown by the pictures or the work cannot be completed for whatever reason i.e., Customer location or your unable to supply a 240 v mains supply and a safe working area we will charge £60 plus vat for a Job cancellation fee.
We will carry out the work to the best of our ability using the latest state of the art technology. All our staff are friendly and professional and fully trained to the highest of standards. You must be aware your wheels are unlikely to be brand new and our service is a refurb on a used item so occasionally the finished Wheel may not be perfect, it could look different from the other wheels on the vehicle.
Unless stated otherwise we only carry out a refurb to the front face of the wheel, it does not include any preparation or painting of the whole wheel.
We are not responsible for any Valve including vehicles fitted with Tyre pressure monitor (TPM) devices. The customer will be required to reset the TPM system if required using the vehicle handbook or a Garage / Tyre supplier at their cost.
We will take a minimum booking fee of £50 plus vat to secure the booking. This booking fee will not be returned if the customer cancels the booking less than 24 hours before or is unavailable on arrival.
We will tighten your wheel nuts to the correct torque setting set out by the vehicle manufacture and ensure the correct air pressure is used.
On arrival you must have the locking wheel nut if fitted and it must be in working order. If its required and proven to be faulty and cannot be used there will be a job cancelation fee of £60 plus vat.
You will be required at your cost to check all wheel nuts are re torqued after the vehicle has been driven for 50 miles after the work is completed.
Vehicles must be insured by the owner whilst The Diamond Wheeler is working on the vehicle. The Diamond Wheeler accepts no liability for goods left in the vehicle whilst being worked on.
Full payment will be required on or before the work is complete before the vehicle or wheels are released.
