If you’re unsure if your Wheels are Diamond cut, please send a picture using the Enquiry page and one of the team will confirm.
We can cut Wheels up to 24″ with our “Tyre on equipment”. It must be noted that whilst our mobile service will enhance your Wheel back to its original factory look it is a mobile service and sometimes this can affect results beyond our control however there are literally tens of thousands of customers across the world satisfied with the results of the service using the DCR equipment.
Our mobile service is perfect for repairing damaged or curbed Wheels. Many customers are looking to freshen up their Alloys to enhance the appearance. This service is also very popular with end of lease / PCP agreements.
Our mobile service is carried out at your home or place of work for your convenience. The work is completed on the day of booking to ensure you are not left without your vehicle any longer than necessary.
Pricing starts from as little as £95 plus vat per wheel. This price is to re cut the face of the Wheel and apply numerous coats of lacquer for protection. Please contact the team if you want to carry out a colour change to the Wheel or if you’re looking for a fully refurbished Wheel service.
All work carried out by The Diamond Wheeler is guaranteed for your piece of mind.
THE PROCESS OF DIAMOND CUT REFURBISHMENT
STEP 1
Customer makes an enquiry and send pics of the damaged Wheels.
STEP 2
The Diamond Wheeler replies with a cost and confirms the booking.
STEP 3
A Wheel Technician will arrive on the day and carry out the repairs.
The Technician will remove the Wheels and use your spare Wheel or axle stands to support the vehicle whilst the repairs are carried out.
The Tyre is eased off the Rim to ensure all damaged can be accessed and repaired properly. The Wheel is then cleaned thoroughly ready for the next stage. A thin layer is removed from the front face of the Wheel using the CNC Lathe which will remove scratches corrosion and curb damage. The Technician will then apply several coats of clear lacquer for protection. Your Wheel will then be looking fantastic once again.
The Tyre is then inflated to the manufactures recommended pressure and returned to the vehicle.
